Kiulu River is an exciting destination for you to enjoy an exciting rafting experience. Be amazed with the beautiful nature along the journey as you paddle down through multiple rapids.
A safety briefing will be conducted by our river guide prior to the start of your adventurous journey. Be equipped with all rafting gears. A sumptuous BBQ lunch would be served at the End Point.
For pick up point from Kinarut and Penampang area, additional charges of RM 30.00 per pax are applicable
Tour Includes
All transfers using coach or van, English speaking guide and river guide, standard river rafting equipment, BBQ lunch, insurance, state-of-the-art facilities at CrockerRapids Kiulu Village and rafting journey ranging from 7 to 15 km.
Liability Release Form
Each participant is required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to the start of rafting activity. Please advise your clients on the nature and risks of this activity.
Age Requirement
Participants aged between 5 - 65 years old are permitted to participate in this tour. However, please be advised that although a participant’s age meet the requirement, he or she might not be allowed to participate subject to our discretion.
Insurance
Please forward us all confirmed participants’ details such as full name, age, sex and I.D. No or Passport No, One (1) day prior to the tour for Insurance purposes.

Booking & Reservation
Bookings or reservations can be made by calling our office at 016-8217976 or email: shirechin@hotmail.com. Please be informed that bookings and reservations should be made at least at 5:00pm, 7days prior to the next day’s commencement of tour.
Cancellation
Three (3) day prior to tour: 50% cancellation fee will be imposed.
No Show: 100% cancellation fee will be imposed.
Discount
Participating children below 12 years old would be charged flat rate at RM 120.00 per pax (International) and RM 110.00 per pax (Malaysian).
Non-Rafter (Adult) would be charged at RM 100.00 per pax (International) and RM 80.00 per pax (Malaysian).
Exclude transportation KK City-CrockerRapids Kiulu Village-KK City: Deduct RM 8.00 per pax
Exclude BBQ Lunch: Deduct RM 12.00 per pax
Free-of-Charge: Accompanying Tour Guide or Tour Leader

Other Charges
Request of Private transfer or Private Raft: Additional Charges of RM 70.00 per pax. Minimum of 4 pax.
Payment
All payments are to be made either by cash or cheque upon confirmation and before the start of tour. Please request Bank Details from our sales staffs.
Remarks
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, making it impossible or unadvisable to raft, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the tour. In such event, no claims should be made from us.

Tour Schedule
| 8:30am | : | Pick up from hotels in Kota Kinabalu and proceed to CrockerRapids Kiulu Village at Kg Rangalau Lama, Kiulu. Journey takes approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes drive by road |
| 10:00am | : | Arrive at CrockerRapids Kiulu Village. Register and sign Liability Release Form and proceed to clothes change and storage of personal belongings inside lockers |
| 10:30am | : | Proceed to Start Point. Gear up and attend to Safety Briefing before start of rafting journey |
| 11:00am | : | Rafting starts. Journey duration approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes to the End Point |
| 12:30pm | : | Arrive at End Point. Freshen up and BBQ lunch is served. Free & Easy |
